Our story began with the Clase family in 1981 with a pig roasting over an open fire in the backyard for a class reunion. The incredible flavor quickly became the talk of the event, and word spread fast. What started as a simple gathering soon grew into a business known as Custom Hog Roasting. Over time, the menu expanded and requests began pouring in for weddings, company picnics, anniversaries, and many other celebrations — all catered off-site as we built our reputation for quality food and dependable service.
In 1999, after much planning and determination, we opened our first banquet facility at 6989 Waldo Delaware Road. The building featured a ballroom seating 280 guests, along with a full kitchen and event amenities. With this new chapter came a new name: All Occasions Catering, LLC, reflecting our commitment to serving all types of events.
As demand grew, we expanded in 2001 to include additional event spaces that can host multiple gatherings at once or combine into one large celebration. We also added a patio, gazebo, and green space that has since become a beautiful setting for many weddings. While welcoming countless guests into our facility over the years, we have proudly continued offering off-site catering as well.
Today, what began as a backyard roast has grown into a dedicated team including a general manager, executive chef, event specialists, and more than 50 part-time staff members. Our team is the heart of All Occasions Catering, bringing passion, professionalism, and care to every event we serve.
